YAMAHA YZ125 GYTR HIGH PERFORMANCE KIT 2018 ON
The target of this kit is to improve the performance of the production YZ125. Attention has been paid to reach a high performance level without forgetting the engine durability on heavy racetrack conditions as we have in Europe.
The kit contains the following:
CYLINDER HEAD WITH STUDS
Special CNC machined cylinder head will come with extra studs bolt so original cylinder will keep its studs. Which also result in a more secure and easy installation.
CYLINDER HEAD INSERT
It has a special shape of the dome to maximize combustion.
CNC PORTED CYLINDER
The Ported cylinder developed by GYTR®. Cylinder improves airflow of the ports. Comes with new oil seal pre-installed for the shaft of the exhaust valve system. It is CNC machined and manually checked and reworked the last edges.
PISTON ASSEMBLY
The piston is developed by GYTR®. Complete with piston ring , piston pin and 2 circlips. A GYTR piston has a different profile and material compared to standard piston. 1 Spare piston assy is included in the kit.
VFORCE ® REED VALVE AIR INTAKE SYSTEM
Intake manifold with carbon fibre reed valves for better throttle response and durability.
EXHAUST PIPE
The GYTR® designed exhaust pipe has been improved to get more performance made to provide a well balanced performance and throttle response in whole RPM ranges.
SILENCER
GYTR® designed the titanium silencer to reach the best engine power while ensuring the durability.
CDI(NEW)
This new digital CDI is mapped by GYTR®. It provides optimum ignition characteristics to improve the basic performance of the GYTR®. Engine Kit.
NOTE:
When the CDI is remapped with a software tool the GYTR® mapping will be gone and can not be reloaded by the customer anymore
Very important: this CDI needs resistor’s type spark plug! The standard YZ spark plug has resistor . Yamaha Part # 94702 00193 NGK BR9EVX)
MAGNETO ROTOR UNIT
Additional magneto rotor, with higher inertia mass than in stock YZ125. Especially beneficial for riders that want a more torquey engine.
CARBURETTOR SETTING KIT (SET)
Contains a set of 5 main jets , 1 slow jet and 1 special made needle to adjust the kit accordingly to weather, height and track conditions.
Advice setting is given in kit manual.
EXHAUST POWER VALVE
Improves power band and throttle response of this power full kit.
CARBON IGNITION COVER
Reduces weight with 34 gram! and stronger than original cover. GYTR logo is underneath transparent coating layer for long lasting good finish.
CLUTCH SPRING
The clutch springs replaces the preload washer. The clutch spring has a higher preload to prevent clutch slip in certain race conditions like deep sand or mud.
