Delivery

We use TNT for large and international shipping, DPD as our courier partner for next working day delivery and the Royal Mail for smaller items.

DPD will, if you have given us your mobile number, contact you by text to keep you up to date with your delivery.

If you place your order before 3:00pm Monday to Thursday, we will endeavour to deliver your order the next day. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be delivered the following Tuesday. Any orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be despatched on the next working day.

Please note that some addresses take longer to deliver to, for example the far north of Scotland, Northern Ireland, and Off Shore Islands. 

Returns

If you are unhappy with your goods for whatever reason you have the right to return them within 14 days of receipt. We reserve the right not to accept goods back after this time period.

Please email us at sales@redlinemc.co.uk before returning any items.

All items must be returned unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.

With the returned item please include your name, address and ideally a copy of the invoice along with the reason for return and whether you require an exchange or a refund. In the case of an exchange please include re-postage money, at the same rate as was charged on the first order. All correspondence and returns should be sent to:

Once your items have been received and checked we will process your refund within 14 days. All refunds are processed through the original method of payment used.

Postage will not be refunded (with the exception of faulty goods).

We cannot accept responsibility for undelivered or damaged returned goods. Any claims for undelivered or returned goods arriving damaged must be made through the courier that you used to dispatch the goods to Redline Motorcycles Ltd.

The above returns policy refers to items bought online and via mail order only – it does not cover items bought in our stores.
